Slowing down by deleting social media off my phone - it's amazing how much more time I've had for reading good books, cooking good meals, and general rest and self care, when I'm not scrolling.

With a one-year-old, time slips away so quickly. Once a week, after bedtime: a bath, a candle, and a quiet glass of wine or a tea. A small ritual to slow the blur.
