Cate helped me sort things out as I transitioned from full-time to freelance in a way that I can only describe as “worth every penny” and “better than therapy.”

Anyway, in this newsletter from last year Cate and I discussed answers to job-related quandaries submitted via Instagram. When I scrolled through the questions, a phrase jumped out repeatedly: “DREAM JOB”. What is a dream job? How do you figure out what your dream job is? What if I have what I thought was my dream job and it sucks?
