I have been gradually building up a dinner service from Jars Ceramiste - they have a US site https://www.jarsusa.com/ but I notice prices are higher than in Europe. Highly recommend, though - I have dinner plates from the Cantine range and pasta plates from Maguelone, and they are lovely to use - slightly textured on the bottom, smooth glazes on the top.
I recently picked up a vintage Rosenthal dinnerware set at auction. It was like a quarter of the wholesale price and is like new! I’d definitely recommend checking out auctions and vintage shops—you can find amazing pieces for a fraction of the cost.
this was so cozy and as my kids say "makes me feel happy" I cannot commit to making a complicated lasagna, but I CAN commit to watching the video about it. Also the calligraphy! <3
Home goods always has a great selection of white dinner wear at reasonable prices. I have white mikasa plates and bowls with beaded edges that I paired with blue and white patterned salad and dessert plates.
We bought Royal Copenhagen’s white fluted dishware 9 years ago and it still works! Also, because they’ve been around for a while, replacements aren’t hard to come by and I imagine they’ll stick around for a while longer:
Omg lasagne is literally my favorite food ever! And I’m vegetarian so thank you for sharing this and I can’t wait to make it! The best part about a virtual lasagne dinner party is that all the leftovers are yours! Lasagne breakfast is a must! I have, not too long ago, made a whole roast veg lasagne from scratch and that was the very first time I made the pasta sheets as well! Just awesome.
