Ooh! I have green Sabre cutlery already and knew they did salad servers but Sabre's utensils collection was new news. Pasta spoon is immediately joining my collection!

I went with Mepra in vanilla and I regret it — all the handles are stained beyond repair. Someday I’ll make the full Sabre switch!

I also use a microplane for parm, but for the more-than-a-quarter-cup conundrum: Carla Lalli Music's blender parm! i.e. quickly blitz a few big parm chunks in the blender. Now I keep it on hand in the fridge for bigger cooking quantities.
