I'll have you know I made a Spanish(ish) themed tapas dinner for my family tonight (pan a tomate with some sort of potato/fritata thing from Trader Joe's) plus chorizo & cheese and I played your playlist (it's still playing, actually) and I felt very jet set and not at all like I live in Florida and have work tomorrow.
Where do you print your zines? I'm looking at using Mixbook but I'm curious of other ones I may not know of // if you can speak to the quality of the printed version - even better!
I use Mixam! They do a decent job for the cost. In an ideal world I’d print with my friends at Paper Chase Press but I’d have to price the zines at like, $50 each so… 🥲
thank you soooo much! I made myself a magazine of my wedding and am [finally] at printing time. I'll look at Mixam! Can't wait for my physical copy of A La Carte!
This was so fun. I love an A-Z and don't know why I don't do it more often! Good luck for Saturday. I would definitely be there if I was in LA, so don't worry about it.
This newsletter was a great reminder to make Spanish pan con tomate every day this summer. And also to try Lemon Granita for the first time. Alysia, Mila and I are so excited to stop by on Saturday! Thanks again for having me contribute the playlist to the summer issue!
In solidarity with Not Being Tan! Especially after that one time that I, inspired by Pippa Middleton, tried spray-tanning and looked unnaturally orange for three weeks. (A delightfully curated list, as always!)

I am also trying to playlist my way through the Sunday Scaries today. (It’s only sort of working tbh)
Solidarity!!
Will you be shipping your mag this time around??
Yep! It goes up for sale on my site Friday!
Truly enjoyed this!!

Thank you!! 🥲
I also started a summer book list inspired by my kids! (The list not the actual books) would love to see yours!
Let’s trade when I finish mine!!
I absolutely love the idea of grocery store hauls!!! I’m always so curious to see what people buy/eat at home!!!

Yes!!! Any time I’ve spray tanned I always look like a sort of unnatural, ate-too-many-carrots version of myself…
Love you messages .
This is so lovely.
